Progression Guidance
Once you can comfortably complete all sets and reps with good form, increase the weight slightly (or add 1-2 reps) the following week. Progress gradually — small, consistent increases beat large jumps.
Safety Guidance
Prioritize form over weight, especially in your first few weeks. Stop any exercise that causes sharp pain, and consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program if you have any underlying health conditions.
