Home Workout Plan (No Equipment)
This plan uses only bodyweight movements, so it can be done anywhere with a small amount of floor space. It is a great starting point for building strength and consistency before deciding whether to add equipment or join a gym.

Progression Guidance
Increase reps gradually before adding more sets. Once bodyweight squats and push-ups feel easy at the top of the rep range, consider adding resistance bands or dumbbells to keep progressing.
Safety Guidance
Warm up before every session, focus on controlled movement over speed, and stop if you feel joint pain rather than normal muscle fatigue.
